28 Day Challenge
The 28 day challenge is a fun way to kickstart your new health and fitness goals. Let us guide and motivate you to achieve a fitter leaner body or just do it for the fun of it. You will join other like minded individuals in weekly group sessions and have 4 private sessions. You will also enjoy a food demo at my home and taste how you can create more healthy food options.
The culmination of our 28 days is at a cafe where prizes are awarded for most cms lost per body!

I am almost about to celebrate my seventh year of training with Gina! Joining up for her Gravity... Training 7 years ago was the best thing I have ever done for myself . Her tailor made personalized programmes have increased my fitness , strength , endurance and self esteem.. My physical transformation- the loss of 17 kg and the reduction of my waistline by three sizes are a super bonus!
It is just so wonderful to be fully back to a post covid19 routine.The gym was transformed during the lockdown downtime and offers an increase in the already versatile range of training modalities and offerings .
Gina is always ever joyful to train with, The introduction of her 28 day challenges which include group training have been great. A fun and always comprehensive circuit of exercises with the odd surprise of a new routine is her hallmark .

I have been coming to Gina for the last 7 months and she always does a great workout for me which... is challenging and fun . She is always patient encouraging friendly and motivates me to work harder than I would do by myself . I love the gravity machine which I had never seen before .
