Why do Personal training?

Many people workout in gyms and try to achieve their goals themselves. This is a very difficult thing to do as firstly it’s hard to push yourself to the same extent that a PT would. Secondly, we tend to give up or become complacent with the same old program, the same gym equipment or struggle to lose weight or make any progress.

Private 1:1

Benefit from private 1:1 attention with a choice of 30 or 45 minute private training sessions.

I am almost about to celebrate my seventh year of training with Gina! Joining up for her Gravity... Training 7 years ago was the best thing I have ever done for myself . Her tailor made personalized programmes have increased my fitness , strength , endurance and self esteem.. My physical transformation- the loss of 17 kg and the reduction of my waistline by three sizes are a super bonus!
It is just so wonderful to be fully back to a post covid19 routine.The gym was transformed during the lockdown downtime and offers an increase in the already versatile range of training modalities and offerings .
Gina is always ever joyful to train with, The introduction of her 28 day challenges which include group training have been great. A fun and always comprehensive circuit of exercises with the odd surprise of a new routine is her hallmark .

Gina’s strengths - her thoroughness , close attention to my capabilities , the continuing additions and innovations to the routines all let her bring a very special and unique X factor to the training . 🥇

I have been coming to Gina for the last 7 months and she always does a great workout for me which... is challenging and fun . She is always patient encouraging friendly and motivates me to work harder than I would do by myself . I love the gravity machine which I had never seen before . My husband and I have been having weekly, individual training sessions with Gina since the... beginning of 2019. The sessions are a mix of strength, cardio and Pilates. She records our progress and motivates us to do "just 2 more". And although I moan and groan sometimes, I always feel so much better afterwards.
