Gina Fit 40+ fitness training has a high focus on Core Training.

The unique program we have developed using the Total Gym/Pilates machine and various other equipment, will help activate your core and make it stronger in order for you to maximise calorie loss, boost your metabolism and improve your overall health.

Functional fitness training is a type of strength training that prepares your body for the kinds of activities you might do daily.

These exercises equip you for the most important type of physical fitness and help you get stronger for daily living such as bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling.
